How are your feeders made?
Every feeder is cut, assembled, stained, and finished by hand in our small workshop in Lake City, Florida, from solid wood. Each one is made to order, so no two are exactly alike.

How does the personalization work?
After you add a feeder to your cart, you choose your scene (Forest, Mountain, Southwest, or Cityscape), your base color from 10 finishes, your top and nameplate stain from 14 finishes, and your dog’s name. The name is precision laser-cut and layered onto the nameplate.

How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog’s shoulder height and subtract 4 to 6 inches to find the right feeder height. Each product page lists exact dimensions and bowl capacities for Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large.

Are the bowls included?
Yes. Your feeder comes with removable stainless steel bowls that lift right out and are dishwasher safe.

How do I care for my feeder?
Wipe the wood with a damp cloth and dry it right away. Do not soak the wood or use harsh cleaners. The bowls can go in the dishwasher. Natural wood grain varies, so each piece is one of a kind.

How long until my order ships?
Each feeder is built to order. Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days, and you will get tracking once it is on its way. It arrives fully assembled and ready to use.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping nationwide within the United States.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because every feeder is made to order, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to change or cancel. After that, production may have already started.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Reach out right away and we will make it right. We stand behind everything we build.

Where are you located?
We are a small family workshop in Lake City, Florida. When you order from us, a real person builds your feeder by hand.
